Brilliant experience with Golden hill, Jonathan picked up my original enquiry about delivery via email. I’m based 5 hours away from the garage but seen the car online, Jonathan gave me all the information I needed as well as pictures and videos of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure he was just genuinely helpful. I paid deposit over the phone that day and arranged delivery which was a week later, before delivery he still kept in contact telling me how the car had done in its 60 point check which was really reassuring. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I was nervous as I wanted to purchase an automatic but had never driven one before. The test drive was handled with a lot of care and the team were not pushy at all. I also got a great deal trading in my then manual car. I will be taking my current car (bought from Golden Hill) back there for its MOT and service when the time comes!
